Focuses on laying the foundation of fundamental and general physical development. Aims to develop strong and capable kids.

Physical wellness, strength & fitness programme
(7- 13 years)
Aimed at older children who need to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle, the goal is your child to become the strongest and fittest version of themselves.

Sport-specific development
Aims to provide an exercise regimen and movements that are specific to a sport code, strengthening and improving the movements and muscle groups related to that specific sports code.

Special needs & adapted programme
Focuses on children who experience learning-related problems, motor deficits, and disabilities. This program considers your child’s special abilities and aims to equip them with confidence, functionality, and strength.

Remedial programme
Focuses on remediating the child’s specific developmental needs and areas of concern.

Kinderkinetics at kids' parties
Mom and Dad, sit back and relax at your kid’s party while we host a fun and purposeful Kinderkinetics session (the focus is to use up as much energy as possible!).
