What is Kinderkinetics?
Kinderkinetics is a registered profession specialising in pediatric movement and exercise, mainly focusing on gross motor skills and milestone development. Kinderkinetics practices are governed by SAPIK (South African Professional Institute for Kinderkinetics). Complying to SAPIK regulations ensures that all Kinderkinetici are qualified and continually developing their skills and knowledge with up-to-date research.
Kinderkinetics is the optimisation of motor skill development, physical fitness, health improvement, and remedial. It focuses on the holistic development of the child and fosters an interest in healthy lifestyle choices.
Sessions are scientifically based and goal-directed. Kinderkinetics uses developmental milestones to create tailored programmes.
